Yes, yes! Reading energy comes natural to animals and humans but these natural abilities have been conditioned out of us humans. We can learn a lot from animals. Some of my greatest teachers have been animals.
I live in an area that used to be an endless sea of grass. Now it is an endless sea of corn fields. Luckily, there are still a few tiny areas of natural land left. I have found some of these tiny pockets and there is abundant wildlife there. But none of these areas are protected and they are disappearing.
A few years back a mountain lion suddenly appeared in our area. According to its tracking collar it had left its home range in the Black Hills and wandered hundreds of miles away, crossing numerous highways and rivers. A local corn farmer saw the mountain lion walking across his fields (it was winter and the corn had not yet been planted). His immediate reaction was to grab his gun and kill it, which he did.
In the local newspaper a couple of days later there was a photograph of that farmer, his beloved gun in one hand and the dead mountain lion raised up in his other hand; a huge smile on his face. The newspaper hailed him as a hero, as did the community.
Seeing that broke my heart and made me nauseous.
