A great place to be
There is no future and there is no past

In the NOW all can be found
Love, joy and beauty abound
Everything happens only in this place
It is here that we find grace
We may seem lost in our thinking
We may feel as though we are sinking
But when the thinking stops
And the mental image drops
In alert stillness we will see
The NOW is the best place to be
