The secret to longevity is to never, ever, ever, ever join the AARP. My mother joined AARP and then she died. I have a couple of aunts and an uncle who joined AARP. It wasn’t long before they died. I’ve known dozens of people who have joined AARP and they all ended up dying. The AARP will hound you, spam you, fill your mailbox with junk mail for years and they will hunt you down to the very ends of the earth to get you to join. Don’t do it! Once you join AARP you will eventually die.
