The Joyful Health Asana

Holy smokes! You mean that I was doing a real yoga asana without even knowing it? How freaking cool is that? And ‘mountain pose’? How perfect is that considering what a mountain freak I am?

I do a slight variation to it, though. Instead of holding my arms straight down parallel to my straight body, I hold my forearms outward at about a 20 to 25 percent angle away from the vertical straight line of my body. I hold my palms outward and slightly inward and then utilize the Spinning White Light Hands Technique to create a vibrational triangle between the palms of my hands and my third eye. This is a very powerful geometric energy pattern. In the very center of this triangle is the heart chakra. The vibratory energy created by this triangle (or prism) not only opens a dimensional door but also activates ‘The Cross.’ This is the powerful interface between vertical and horizontal energy — between physical and non-physical. It opens a door to both receive and transmit energy. It is something that is always best utilized before engaging in any energetic healing modalities. It is also hemisphere balancing and helps to short circuit entraining conditioned mental thought pattern loops. It also helps us to connect to rainbow mojo.

I don’t know anything about yoga but I know that the palms of our hands are extraordinarily powerful chakras that are overlooked by many. They can significantly magnify the vibratory effect of any pose or posture. They are extremely powerful energy portals. And conduits.

And the bottoms of our feet are also energy portals. I always do my ‘mountain pose’ meditation while barefoot. I also always do it with my back to the north and my front to the south in order to enhance the energy with natural planetary energy (at least here in the northern hemisphere). Natural planetary energy flows from the North Pole down to the equator and from the South Pole up to the equator. Standing with that planetary energy coming from behind us and flowing through us towards its destination amplifies any energies that we are utilizing in our meditative practices. Whether standing or sitting in the northern hemisphere it is best to always be facing towards the south.

This is especially powerful when utilizing the Spinning White Light Hands technique to activate the heart chakra prism. It can almost double the energy.

Whenever healing someone with the ‘laying on of hands’ always stand to the north of them. And whenever someone is in bed recovering from an illness it is always best that their bed is aligned so that their head is to the north and their feet are to the south (opposite in the southern hemisphere). And the beds we sleep in each night are also best aligned in this north-south direction for maximum dream and energizing benefits.

Furthermore, utilizing the Spinning White Light Hands Technique in order to activate the heart chakra prism is the best way to cleanse our bio-field. I am convinced that in order to heal any part of our bodies we must first cleanse and heal our bio-field.

But I digress. I could go on and on. As you said Ann, Yoga is everything and everything is yoga. Everything is energy. Any physical ailment or mental ailment or any unease is an imbalance of energy. There are countless modalities that can be utilized to restore energy balance. The biggest obstacle to restoring energy imbalance is our attitudes. And that is often where the energy imbalances originate. Whatever we can do to create healthy attitudes will go a long way to restore the health of our bodies. And also, everything we can do to restore the health of our bodies will help to restore healthy attitudes. Pun intended, it goes hand-in-hand.
