The Calm Before the Blizzard

It’s all about the mojo

I was deprived of an opportunity to witness and commune with the sunrise this morning by a thick, gray blanket of clouds thrown over my town. I have only been able to catch two sunrises in the last three weeks because of that dark, depressing cloud cover that never seems to go away for long.

I want to live on a hill with unobstructed views of all sunrises and sunsets. That hill would have to be located somewhere that has no less than 360 sunny days a year. Five cloudy days a year is about all I can handle. We’ve had that many here just this week.

The town in which I live is currently under a ‘blizzard watch.’ Looking out my office window I see a beautiful if somewhat dreary winter scene. It is very, very still; with not so much as a millimeter of wind. There is no snow falling. It is incredibly peaceful and to top it all off there are actually a few birds singing in the tree outside my window.

It is the calm before the storm!

Once that blizzard comes barreling into town I probably won’t be hearing any birds anymore.

As everyone knows, the calm before a storm is densely packed with high intensity mojo. The frequency dial is peaked out. It’s a great source of both mojo and energy but not many people utilize that to empower…
