Thanks for your response, Violet Storm . It’s amazing what happens when we get grounded for the first time in a long while. It’s only in the middle of winter that I go very long without grounding and the first grounding after a long ungrounded stretch is always so much more intense.

Our cities are big concrete jungles where Mother Gaia’s skin has been almost completely covered up. So unhealthy! Luckily, I live in a little tiny town and there is grass and dirt everywhere. If I need a quick grounding all I have to do is go outside to the grass lawn in front of my apartment building. Plus there are two parks within a two block radius of me.

It’s different in cities where the ground is covered everywhere with either concrete or asphalt — both of which are man-made substances. There is a teeny tiny bit of electromagnetic transmission through these substances but it is only a small fraction of that which we get from dirt and grass.

One of the main problems with being ungrounded is that it causes inflammation in the body. Inflammation is at the root of so many of our medical problems. So many tests are now being conducted on medical patients with all sorts of different ailments and almost all of them improve after daily earthing (even early-stage Alzheimer’s patients).
