Thanks for your response, @David S. Yes, action is the next step after releasing judgment. Releasing judgment needs to come first, though, because if it doesn’t then the energy of all our actions will be tainted by the negative energy of our judgments.

Pouring love towards someone is not dehumanizing. Judging them is. If, without judgment, we are giving love energy to every single person we meet during the course of our day, we’re not going to have the time to sit down with every single person we meet for an hour or so to discuss their life with them — and, unless we’re a billionaire, we’re not going to have the resources to help each and every one of them. Replacing judgment with love is merely the first step in the full utilization of our divine potential. Once we have released all judgment then our actions become a thousand-fold more effective and powerful.

You made some great points, David, but I disagree strongly with one of your statements…

“ If I have cancer, I do not need good energy, I need a doctor.” — David S.

I am living proof that this is NOT TRUE. But we have all been brainwashed since childhood to believe that we have no power to affect the state of our own health, that we must always rely solely on doctors. I once had stage 4 cancer and my doctor gave me 6 months to live. That was 8 years ago. I completely healed from that but not until I turned my back on all doctors, all Western medicine, and all pharmaceuticals. I healed myself! So I know without a shadow of doubt that it can be done. I no longer believe that lie.

(I’ve written a few articles about this which can be found in my Archive.)

It’s all about energy. Energy is beneath everything; our thoughts, our emotions, our environment, and our actions. Taking action without being aware of the energy involved will never be as effective as addressing the energy first.
