Thanks for the response, Lindsay. I technically have not started to dance yet. I’m waiting for tomorrow, which is the new moon. It’s always beneficial to start new things on the new moon. The intention I am setting with this particularly intense Aries new moon is to dance very single day. Even if it is just for five minutes I want to make a daily dance part of my daily spiritual practice. That is what it is after all. That’s part of what I learned from that most excellent video. Dancing may be fun, great exercise, and entertainment but for me it will be a spiritual practice. It was the main ingredient missing from my daily practice and I have to thank you for showing me that.

I have an extremely dysfunctional relationship with photography. It may very well end up being the subject of some future blabbering. As with so many other things, I go back and forth between extremes. I will dive headlong into photography for a few years then I won’t take a single picture for a few years then I get back into photography again and so on and so forth. I have been completely photography-free for around five years now so I have a feeling the next chapter is about to unfold. And I have to say that I have been strongly influenced by both you and Erika Burkhalter to get my camera out of the closet.

Once I sold a car (my beloved Subaru) for $250 so that I could buy a camera for $250. I traded something big and powerful for something tiny and powerful that is not much bigger than a pack of cigarettes. Some of my friends thought I had gone looney tunes.

As for videography I’ve never made a video in my life. I’m a total neophyte. For me, the biggest challenge would be how to make a video without any image of myself in it. That may be the biggest stumbling block. I may eventually have to get over that.

Anyway, thanks again and happy new moon!
