Thank you so much for your response, Roz Liddle. It truly means a lot to me. Our inner GPS is just like a muscle. It needs to be exercised regularly. It needs to be recognized and loved. It responds accordingly.
Your husband’s brilliant internal GPS is still an external GPS to you. Appreciate and love it but strive to embolden your own internal GPS. Always check your own internal GPS whether you respond to it or not. Simply checking on it empowers it and strengthens it and brings you closer to using it.
And connecting to your dream state GPS also helps to connect you to your natural, awake state GPS. They are connected.
You know, a compass, like a clock, has hands. The hands of a compass points in a certain direction. Well, guess what? You have hands, too. The palms of your hands are an integral part of your inner compass. They are a physical manifestation of your inner compass. You can actually gauge the vibratory frequency of a direction through the palms of your hands. Use the palms of your hands to gauge vibratory frequency and then hold the palms of your hands to your heart center to ascertain the optimal direction to follow.
We all have an internal compass but we are being taught to ignore it. Three of the main components of that internal compass are the palms of our hands, our solar plexus and our heart center. But we are taught to rely solely on our brains and external information. So we are trained to ignore the palms of our hands, our solar plexus and our heart center. And because of this we seem lost. The way to access our natural inner GPS is to get the hell out of our heads.
