Thank you for your response and applause, Mark Starlin . I wholeheartedly agree with you that adding simply one more picnic with each new month makes a heck of a lot more sense. Like I said, Who the heck made up these rules?

(Gee, I hope it wasn’t me. It was just an idea I suggested to the International Board of Picnic Enthusiasts. I didn’t think they would turn it into a rule. Sure, I happen to be a member of that board but I’m not the only one who voted for it. I have a feeling that I will be regretting it soon.)
