Tagmania
Twice so far today…
I was about to get off the computer to make some lunch earlier today when I noticed that I got tagged by one of my favorite Mediumites, Ann Litts . Now, many hours later I came back to answer that tag when I saw that I was also now tagged by Susan Brearley . I guess I have my work cut out for me tonight…
First of all I should mention that I am not particularly fond of the actual game of tag that children play. It involves running. Being an old person, my motto is; Why run when you can walk? My two granddaughters love to play tag and they order me to play with them. Being an obedient grandpa, I comply to the best of my ability. Since I don’t run I am an easy catch. Tagging them is really, really hard since I don’t run. I have to rely on trickery and deceit. I can run for about four or five feet so I have to lure them towards me. It’s frustrating and exhausting.
On the writing platform we are all on, which shall remain nameless, playing tag is much easier and can be played sitting in a nice soft ergonomic desk chair. Thank goodness!
So, in a state of relaxed comfort I will now endeavor to answer the questions I was tagged with by Ann:
- Starting with a softball question: Who’s your favorite writer?
