Stillness and silence are part of the ‘fullness of life.’ If we do not include stillness and silence in our experience of the ‘fullness of life’ then the Universe will find a way to sneak it into our itinerary. A true ‘force in motion’ is not always in motion. All forces ebb and flow. It is in stillness and silence that the strongest of forces recharge. The most glorious of symphonies are nothing without the moment of stillness and silence both preceding them and following them. Movement and stillness may seem like opposites. It is in the balance of those opposites that youth is maintained.

You cannot let the world pass you by today. The world cannot do that because you are part of it. You can, however, let the world pass THROUGH you as you sit in stillness and silence. It is a subtle difference but there is a lot of healing involved. The ‘fullness of life’ is one of the greatest healers and we can experience it best through a balance of movement and stillness. No matter what state we are in, we can surrender to the ‘fullness of life’ and be filled by it and healed by it. And loved by it.
