Sometimes I really, really miss living on the West Coast. I feel like a stranger in a strange land here in Trump country. When I heard news like this in years past I would always spring into action. I’ve been an environmental activist for years but now living in a county that voted 96.8% for Trump in the last election I must be very, very careful about voicing any progressive ideas. If I were to admit publicly that I believe climate change is real I would be treated as a pariah to be driven out of town.

But there is good news! I may be slightly wrong in my assessment. There have been some new developments in the Goose Poop Conflict and I will be posting an update very soon.
