Roz Liddle, I love your word, “Fandabbydosey.” How imaginative! I so agree with you about today’s Legos having so many new and different shapes and sizes. And there are also many new colors! Those Legos from 60 years ago only came in a few basic colors and shapes. A few years back I bought a couple of boxes of Legos. I don’t even remember what the picture was that was supposed to be built with the pieces in the box. I just dumped all the pieces into my big box and threw the packaging and directions away. Those new pieces with their new and different shapes and colors greatly increased the field of possibilities from which something could be built. When you have a large field of possibilities and an active imagination things can truly get exciting.
