“ Of course, it has to start in your head.” — Johnson Kee
Personally, I feel that it has to start in your HEART.
“ Work a bit harder, everyday.” — Johnson Kee
That is the mantra of almost every single self-help pundit on the planet. Not happy? Just work harder. Not wealthy? Just work harder. Not feeling loved? Just work harder. Not feeling joy in your life? Just work harder. Not feeling successful? Just work harder.
That’s the kind of advice that keeps people in their heads. Happiness, joy, abundance, and love are not found in the head. They reside in the heart.
The more we stay in our heads and the harder we work to stay there, the more that happiness, joy, abundance and love will elude us.
Trying to be a real-life version of a comic book super hero is all about ego. It is about being above everyone else. If a person sees a gap between who they think they are and some super person they are told to strive to become then they are obviously stuck in their heads, playing mind games. If they get out of their heads and go into their hearts they will see that there is no gap (other than what is created in the head). They will realize that they are already infinitely precious, infinitely powerful, infinitely abundant, and infinitely ‘super.’ They will realize that it is not about working harder but rather about loving more and allowing the natural joy for life to come out. All those mind games keep us stuck in our head and prevent us from discovering all the super powers we already possess within our hearts.
