Oneness, Separation and Individuation
A process of self-awareness
Since the dawn of time humans have endeavored to individuate into the divine beings that they are. It is a long evolutionary process to heal from the original separation into individual entities. It is a healing made difficult by the proximity of collective humankind which connects us to oneness but exerts pressure for social conformity making individuation more difficult.
The challenge has been to individuate yet also reconnect to oneness. A great deal of struggle and conflict arises from not knowing how to reconcile this. That struggle and conflict has been a helpful force in projecting us along our evolutionary path but time and time again we get so mired and stuck in that struggle and conflict that we are slowed on that path.
Since humans are in the process of individuation it is up to each individual to work through those struggles and conflicts. There is no hierarchy, no rulers, to make the changes for the masses. Hierarchy is the result of struggle and conflict and a lack of awareness of oneness.
Every human we come into contact with is an opportunity to further heal the original separation we all suffer from. But they can also be an opportunity, as mirrors, to help facilitate the individuation process.
