Massaging the noggin. Taking off my glasses I massage my face as well as my entire noggin with both hands. I like to call it, manually moving thoughts around. It really works. You can move one thought from one side of the noggin all the way to the other side of the noggin. Stuck thoughts can be massaged out; released to the Universe. Noggin massage releases a lot of tension. It feels good, too. A relaxed noggin is a happy noggin.
