Leaders and followers are a duality. You cannot have one without the other. Followers look outside of themselves for leaders. Leaders look outside of themselves for followers. As long as we are looking outside of ourselves then we will never evolve beyond that basic duality. Not until we look within will we transcend the duality and discover the one-ness in which all the answers lie waiting for us.
