I’ve heard that it is better to publish while the moon is waxing rather than waning.

I’ve also heard that the best day of the week to publish on is the day on which you were born. I’m not so sure about this. I’ve had some pieces fall flat on Thursday before.

One thing I’m pretty certain of is that publishing anytime after 11:00 pm is guaranteed to make your piece fall into the endless emptiness of the abyss, not to be seen nor read by human eyeballs. On those occasions when I’m up late in the evening and finish a piece I will schedule it to be published in the morning after the birds start singing.

I’m almost convinced that when it comes to timing publishing it is best to be crepuscular.

Of course mornings, evenings, sunrises and sunsets are all relative. When they occur depends on where your relatives live. I have a relative who takes an afternoon nap while I’m having breakfast.

Well, I better get this response published before the wind picks up.
