It’s important to note that Kailey never had any dreams of writing success. In her case if she did she would probably never have stumbled into it. Instead of reacting to her calamity she responded to it through release and therefore opened the door to new possibilities. When we are so narrowly and intensely focused on dreams we can miss a lot of possibilities right in front of our faces. When we hold on to our mistakes and blunders and don’t let them go we are stuck with our lemons while not even realizing we can make lemonade. Everything has a flip side and change can happen quickly if we are open to unseen possibilities that exist outside the parameters of our focus and dreams. What we interpret as horrible and disastrous just might be the pearl in the muck. We may not ever see the pearl until we let the muck go.
