In our “every man for himself” culture the term do-gooder is actually used in a derogatory way. Ann Litts , you beautifully showed how society has it backwards.

Yup, it’s all about energy. The Universe desperately wants to flow through us. But we often block that universal energy from gushing through us with our conditioned thoughts and attitudes. By silencing those conditioned thoughts and attitudes we create an unobstructed opening through which that universal love energy can flow. By directing that flow unconditionally towards others the flow becomes torrential. As that energy flows through us towards others it not only cleans us out, so to speak, but it energizes us and uplifts our vibratory frequency (in addition to the vibratory frequency of those we direct the energy towards). As our vibratory frequency increases the vibratory frequency of our immediate environment also increases as a result. It’s all about the vibes.
