I was enjoying reading through the list of ingredients until I came to “yellow American mustard.” You use authentic Hungarian paprika but fake American mustard? I bet it would be even better with real mustard. Still it sounds thoroughly yummy. As an award-winning potato salad maker (two first-place ribbons), I have come to realize that there are millions of different potato salad recipes, in fact everyone’s recipe seems to be unique to them.
