I try not to comment on ongoing serialized stories because I don’t want to influence the telling of the story in any way. I just clap and enjoy. But I’m afraid I have a few trigger points; buttons when pushed that automatically make me start blabbering. Hair is one of my biggest buttons. I’ve been trying to reprogram that button but so far I have been unable to. Sadly, I have pissed off several people over the years talking about hair. If only I could stop that automatic response. I’m working on it. It’s why I never go anywhere near barber shops or hair salons.

I vividly remember the first time my daughter had her hair cut and styled. I think she around 12 or 13 at the time. She went to her mother for the money and the ride to the hair salon. She didn’t tell me she was going to do it. She just sprang it on me. I came very close to having a heart attack.

Then, a few years later my then wife SHAVED HER HEAD for a lead role she got in a play. I was profoundly mortified despite the fact that she looked very sexy.
