I tend to see the word, epiphany, in the non-Christian sense but seriously, is there really any difference?

Ann, in one of her books, the most wonderful, fantastic, dearly beloved Louise L. Hay said that the cause of asthma is holding back crying. She also said that the cure for asthma is crying. Not ever having experienced asthma, I cannot attest to the veracity of this. Perhaps there is some physiological connection but I can’t attest to that either. Ms. Hay went on to say that most lung problems are associated with grief. And she said the best way to deal with grief is through the bodily function of excreting tears.
