I never expected to be writing an article about asparagus. That silly Universe. And yes to the pan fried. I had pan-fried asparagus at a restaurant once and it was surprisingly delicious. I also once had grilled asparagus at an outdoor barbecue and it was pretty good also. Essentially, anything but boiled.
