I like your third idea the best. It might actually work if it was membership supported. People pay for memberships to gyms so that they can go work out their bodies alongside other people. Would people pay to be able to go work out their brains alongside other people? I hope you win the lottery so that we can find out.

I think your creative cafe would do well to have a resident dog so that people who live in apartments that don’t allow pets can come and get some doggie love which is well known for spurring the creative juices. That doggie would be so lucky and surely would work for no wages. I know from experience that doggies are very good for business.
