I just wanted to point out that Medium just released their latest numbers and that 7% you were talking about has now gone down to 5.8%. It's been going down every month for a long time as Medium continues to bury everyone in favor of their Medium-owned publications. It's hard to get eyeballs on your work when it can never even be found unless it is in a Medium owned pub. (And none of those Medium owned pubs accept fiction.)
