Exuberance
Letting life flow through
When one sees and feels the paradise they are in
one cannot help but be exuberant
This paradise of a planet is teeming with life
Opening up to it and allowing it to flow through us
supercharges the life within us
and the result is exuberance
We want our lives enhanced
yet we close ourselves off to life
Instead we seek enhancement
through compulsive stimulation
from a fake reality which is not natural
Standing barefoot in the paradise of Gaia
watching the clouds light up from the morning sun
listening to the birds and feeling the breeze
our inner and outer senses are awakened
and we begin feeling the intensity and joy of life
Exuberance rises within us
How do we keep that exuberance flowing
through every minute of our day?
How can our smallest action and smallest thought
be filled with that life?
How do we respond to paradise?
How do we open up and blossom?
How can our lives be filled with life?
What do we choose?
