@Charles R Cherry , to use terrorist attacks to justify committing terrorist attacks (against children and mothers) is the kind of logic that perpetuates terrorist acts. It is the kind of reasoning that leads to war and eventually the self-annihilation of the human species. This sinister ‘eye for an eye’ mentality is, as Gandhi pointed out, what makes the whole world blind.

It is possible to deal with immigration issues without the heinously terrorizing act of pulling children from the arms of their mothers. It is possible but it isn’t being done because immigrants have been demonized by the far right and have become the outlet of the deep-seated hatred and racism of the far right. Immigrants have been labeled as the cause of every problem under the sun in order to justify the far right’s all-out war against them. The far right is nothing without an enemy to fight, someone to blame for everything, and someone to terrorize. It’s the only way they can justify their existence.

Hitler is alive and well and he’s living in that big white house on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C. We have reached a critical time when all people with a conscience and soul must stand up and speak out in order to STOP THE HATE and STOP THE EVIL before it is too late!
