Although ‘Innovative or experimental storytelling’ was mentioned, I was a bit chagrined to notice that there was no fiction collection mentioned. Traditional literary fiction can be just as powerful and important as ‘experimental storytelling.’ I hope Medium has as least one knowledgeable curator on the lookout for quality fiction (whether or not it is experimental). I can’t wait for these new collections to start showing up on the web so I can see how they affect my Medium browsing experience.
